We process only selected natural raw materials and so-called Himalayan salt.
"Low Carb" = reduced carbohydrate compared to conventional, comparable pizza dough which contains on average 60 g of carbohydrates.
Quite simply - Knead the baking mixture with 250 ml of water to a dough. Place dough on a greased baking tray and spread evenly. Bake in preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 25 minutes, remove and top up as desired, bake again at 200 ° C for approx. 7-10 minutes - done.
