Amino Decanate contains 5 grams of BCAAS in a 10:1:1 ratio, 5 grams of pharmaceutical quality glutamine and 500 mg of critical core amino acids. An ideal product for anyone who wants to gain muscle mass, strength and endurance and accelerate regeneration after workout.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Charged Whey: Mix 1 scoop (30g) with approximately 200ml water or skimmed milk. Consume 2-3 servings daily, 1 of which should be immediately after training or exercise.
Glycomaize: Mix 1 scoop (40g) with 3 dl of water, juice, milk or any other beverage. For better results, consume 3-5g of carbohydrates per kilogram of bodyweight per day.
Creatine: As an adult dietary supplement, add 1 heaping scoop (approx. 8 g) of powder with 50-100 ml of cold water or any beverage you prefer. Consume 1-2 sevings per day. For best results, take before and after workouts.
Amino Decanate: Mix 1 scoop with 4-6 dl of water and drink while working out.
