The Clarou’s Pasta are made using Konjac (Amorphophallus konjac), a plant native in Southeast Asia. All its beneficial properties of this plant come from a component obtained from the root, called Glucomannan. It is a soluble fiber, consisting of numerous mannose and glucose molecules. This polysaccharide can absorb over 100 times their volume of water, forming a viscos gel.
According to several studies, these are three biggest benefits of Konjac Glucomannan intake:

Drain the water. Rinse 2-3 times with warm water to remove the smell of starch. Heat in an open pan for 2-3 minutes or in a microwave for 1 minute at maximum power. Add to favorite sauce, stir-dry, soup or salad. Drink 1-2 glasses of water along with the pasta.
