Put the contents of a package into a bowl.
Add yeast and mix it, you can also add different seeds like sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds or other if you like, not more than 50g.
Pour 330 ml (11 fl oz) lukewarm water (25-30°) but if you do not use yeast, pour lukewarm carbonated mineral water.
Mix the ingredients for a few minutes to form a dough.
Form a loaf or rolls and put on a baking tray covered with a nonstick baking sheet or oil.
Cover the dough with a cloth and leave it in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C, put the dough inside and bake it for about 50 minutes.
Turn off the oven, open it and leave the bread inside for 15-25 minutes, then take the bread out and leave it to cool down. Do not cover it.
Store the bread in a breadbox or covered with a cloth. Cooled down and sliced bread can be stored in a freezer.
